Key Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered

- Commitment to serving students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Excellent collaboration skills and a flexible approach to working with educators, families, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services for students in K-12th grade
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, document progress, and manage caseload according to best practices and compliance standards
- Collaborate with educators and special services staff to ensure comprehensive student support
- Maintain clear records and timely communication related to therapy services
- No extra non-therapy duties or general district responsibilities outside contracted working hours
