Speech Language Pathologist in Buda, TX

Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in a school setting preferred but not required
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Passion for helping students succeed academically and socially
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability working with various age groups (K-12)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluative and therapeutic speech-language services to K-12 students
- Develop, update, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
- Use evidence-based practices and a student-centered approach to foster development
