Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds
- Ability to manage student records, assessments, and service documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements
- Administer assessments, track student progress, and document outcomes using evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote communication development and academic success
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support student goals
- Maintain detailed and accurate records that comply with school and professional standards
- Support diverse student needs in a culturally responsive manner
