Key Qualifications:

- Prior or current experience working with K-5 students in educational environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for K-5 students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in alignment with IEP goals
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services provided
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams to maximize student outcomes
- Engage with families, providing resources and support for students’ communication development
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and ongoing team planning
