We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, school-based position in Crown Point, NY for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an SLP looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact with K–6 students.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to students in grades K–6
- Address a variety of speech and language needs
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments as needed
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Position Details:
This position is a school-based SLP role located in Crown Point, NY, serving a
K–6 caseload of students with primarily speech-focused needs. The schedule
consists of 2 days per week, totaling 14 weekly hours, and the assignment runs
for the full school year from September through June.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active New York State SLP license or eligibility
- CCC-SLP preferred, CFY candidates may be considered
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
