Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Valid California SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- School-based speech therapy experience preferred
- Passion for supporting students’ communication development
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language services to students in grades TK through 9th, with a focus on individualized care
- Develop and implement engaging therapy plans in collaboration with school staff
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with IEPs and federal/state regulations
