Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Holds active SLP licensure in accordance with state requirements
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience providing speech-language services in a public school setting is strongly preferred
- Skilled in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for diverse student populations
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document findings
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate goals for students
- Maintain accurate session notes and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success within the school environment
