Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active SLP license (or eligibility) for Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to CFs with supervision
- Experience in pediatric or school settings highly desirable
- Collaborative approach and strong communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students across one or two sites
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
