This assignment runs from September 1, 2026, through October 13, 2026, providing a dynamic work atmosphere within a collaborative team. Work closely with a caseload of 24 students, offering both direct and indirect IEP services, with all evaluations handled by others. Another experienced SLP is on-site, fostering a supportive, consultative environment.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
- Minnesota PELSB license (CCC-SLP required)
- Prior work in school settings is valued but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative IEP services for middle schoolers using a variety of AAC tools
- Develop and implement individualized strategies in partnership with special education staff
- Document progress, collaborate with another in-building SLP, and communicate with teachers and families
- Maintain a flexible, student-centered approach while supporting inclusive academic experiences
This contract is full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for a total of 40 hours per week.
