Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Active or in-process Oregon state license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention and early childhood populations
- Familiarity with evaluation teams and contributing to comprehensive assessments
- Ability to travel between sites as part of an itinerant model
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and communication evaluations for young children in the EI program
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans, tailored to each child’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative services across community and home-based settings
- Work closely with families, educators, and specialists to foster comprehensive support
- Participate as an integral member of the evaluation team, sharing insight and strategies
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation in accordance with program and state guidelines
