Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Corona, California

This contract opportunity focuses on providing vital SLP services to a diverse pediatric caseload across multiple school sites, requiring some travel within the district. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and district personnel as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, utilizing your expertise to help students achieve their fullest potential.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings is highly desirable
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and therapy documentation
- Ability to work autonomously while partnering with other professionals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with an itinerant role and travel between assigned schools
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver assessment, therapy, and consultation services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records per district and legal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to facilitate student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development as needed
- Receive paid travel time between sites and indirect administrative hours
- Adapt therapy approaches to benefit diverse student populations and maximize impact
