School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Conroe, TX
Location: Conroe, Texas
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Pay: Hourly rate starting at $36 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Soliant Health is partnering with a supportive school district in Conroe, Texas, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills and achieve success both in and out of the classroom.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Texas SLP license.
- Texas education certification (or ability to obtain if required by the district).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
