This is a full-time, onsite contract position with grade levels and specific caseloads to be determined, covering the 2026-2027 academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license (required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech and language interventions to students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and advocate for best outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development initiatives
