Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience delivering speech and language services in K-12 schools (virtual experience preferred)
- Proficiency with teletherapy tools and technology
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and in interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based teletherapy sessions for students in a remote format
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Monitor and document student progress, preparing reports and contributing to IEP meetings as needed
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet unique learning styles and abilities
