Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Consideration given to those completing a Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) in accordance with school guidelines
- Work alongside educators and other specialists to facilitate students’ academic success
- Track students’ progress and maintain accurate documentation to support educational and clinical requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support students’ needs
