Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district team in Colorado Springs, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels, helping them achieve communication success in the educational setting.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology License (or ability to obtain before start date)
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
