Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Colorado Springs, Colorado

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Valid Colorado SLP License and CDE Teaching Certificate required
- CCC-SLP, CFY, or pediatric SLP experience strongly valued
- Previous experience with IEP development and documentation in a school-based or pediatric setting
- Comfort working on a caseload model, itinerant between multiple schools (K-12)
- Flexibility for part-time or full-time scheduling
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience working with diverse student populations welcomed
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech/language assessments, evaluations, and deliver therapy per IEP mandates
- Provide both direct and indirect speech-language services
- Participate in the IEP process, including meetings, paperwork, progress monitoring, and parent communication
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive service delivery
- Provide services in both elementary school and in-home environments, as assigned
- Adapt services for varying student needs and school settings
- Attend paid team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
