This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with openings available for both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), as well as SLP Assistants (SLPA). Engage directly with students and collaborate with a supportive educational team to make a meaningful impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Current or pending state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- CCC-SLP designation preferred, although strong CFY and SLPA candidates will also be considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work on-site; remote work may be possible for exceptional candidates
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnostics for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted intervention strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and required reporting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to deliver effective therapy
- Offer guidance and mentorship (if eligible), fostering growth in newer clinicians
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to student success
