This opportunity seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with openings available for both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and those holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), as well as SLP Assistants (SLPA). Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
  • Current or pending state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
  • CCC-SLP designation preferred, although strong CFY and SLPA candidates will also be considered
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work on-site; remote work may be possible for exceptional candidates

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnostics for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and targeted intervention strategies
  • Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and required reporting
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to deliver effective therapy
  • Offer guidance and mentorship (if eligible), fostering growth in newer clinicians
  • Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to student success
