Elementary Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Collegedale, Tennessee

Desired Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee state license in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Previous experience with pediatric populations or in elementary school settings strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of therapy approaches and individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students onsite
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with local and federal guidelines
- Offer guidance and support to families and teachers regarding communication strategies
