School Speech Language Pathologist - Claremont, California

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Sciences
- Active California SLP license and ASHA CCCs required
- Prior experience working in school environments strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for partnership with teachers, staff, and families
- Familiarity with conducting and participating in IEP meetings
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans to meet each student’s unique needs
- Attend IEP meetings, contributing expertise as needed
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with teachers and other school staff to support students’ academic and personal growth
- Provide both direct and consultative services in accordance with best practices and school requirements
This contract assignment is available for an immediate start, with hours from 8:00am to 2:45pm, covering three days each week in addition to IEP meetings.
