Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Clam Gulch, AK

Multiple positions are available, welcoming SLPs (including Clinical Fellows), SLP Assistants, and those with their CCC credentials. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Alaska SLP license and Alaska Educator Certification (or eligibility to obtain) required for SLPs.
- SLPA candidates only need an active Alaska SLPA license.
- Open to SLP-CF (Clinical Fellows), SLP-CCC, and SLPA applicants.
- Experience or interest in pediatrics and school-based settings strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload (estimated up to 55) across several buildings; adaptability and strong communication skills a must.
- Commitment to working full contract term: August 17, 2026 – May 21, 2027.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students across Pre-K through 12th grade.
- Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborate with school teams on student progress.
- Document services in accordance with state and district guidelines.
- Serve as a resource for staff and families, participating in meetings and providing consultative support.
- Support and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
