Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Cicero, Illinois

This onsite contract opportunity near Cicero, IL, is ideal for passionate Speech Language Pathologists who thrive working in educational settings. We're seeking two dedicated professionals: one to manage an upper school caseload (a balanced mix of 12 students needing both direct and indirect services), and another experienced SLP able to provide Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision for a peer on-site.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Illinois SLP License required
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) needed
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in pediatrics, healthcare, or school settings
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Experience supervising or mentoring SLP CFs (for the supervision role)
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse upper school caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Offer CF supervision and mentorship as needed, providing guidance and feedback to early-career SLPs
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school, district, and state policies
