Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations, including K-12 students
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous school-based or educational setting experience is a plus
- Commitment to collaborative teamwork and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and school regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for classroom strategies
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology and professional development
