Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Bourbonnais, Illinois

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience in school settings and/or pediatric speech-language pathology
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in alignment with IEP requirements
- Deliver direct and consultative services to students in person and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on strategies to support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
