Speech Therapist in Schertz, TX

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- CFY candidates welcome—dedicated supervision provided
- CCC-SLP credentialed professionals also encouraged
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for fostering growth and success in students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy, group sessions, and consultative support
- Monitor and document student progress, adapting strategies as needed
- Maintain timely, thorough documentation and collaborate closely with teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff development activities
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
