Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active Oklahoma SLP license
- Experience or internship in school and/or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of language, articulation, and social communication disorders
- Skilled in assessment, individualized education program (IEP) development, and progress monitoring
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with families and school staff
- Committed to cultural competency and inclusion
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapeutic services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Perform assessments and create comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Consult with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school district and state requirements
- Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance practice
