Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Chicago, Illinois

Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois SLP License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) for school-based practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Position Overview:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to students in an Upper School caseload, serving a group of 12 with a mix of direct and consultative/indirect services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and school staff to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Maintain thorough progress notes, ensure compliance with documentation standards, and communicate effectively with families and educational staff
- Opportunity for a second qualified SLP to provide Clinical Fellowship (CF) supervision to a colleague, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality service delivery
