What You’ll Bring:
- Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) will also be considered with supervision provided
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and data for reporting
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to support student growth and success
- Engage families in the therapy process and consult with classroom staff to implement speech and language strategies
- Participate in professional development opportunities
