This full-time position offers a consistent schedule from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch each day. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of up to 45 students, rotating between AM and PM half-day programs, and contribute meaningfully to the growth of students through impactful, individualized instruction.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology licensure for schools
- Prior experience supporting students with IEPs in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and documentation requirements
- Ability to create and implement targeted lesson plans focusing on IEP goals
- Excellent organizational, communication, and case management skills
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach; comfortable in PLCs and staff meetings
- Efficient time management to maintain caseload documentation and reporting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to students with IEPs
- Develop, implement, and adapt lesson plans in alignment with individual IEP goals
- Monitor, track, and report goal progress three times throughout the school year
- Schedule and facilitate IEP meetings, serving as case manager
- Collaborate regularly in PLC meetings and professional development sessions
- Participate in arrival and dismissal routines within the school
- Perform other duties as assigned to support student success
