Key Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials eligible for work in a public school setting or under appropriate supervision
- Experience with school-age pediatric populations or enthusiasm for working with middle-grade students
- Ability to implement, monitor, and document IEP goals for speech-language services
- Strong organizational skills in managing caseloads and collaborating with educators and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Availability for in-person services; remote work is not an option for this position
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy to approximately 48 students in grades 5–8
- Assess, develop, and implement therapeutic interventions supporting students' communication and learning outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide targeted input to support individualized student plans
- Track and document student progress, adjusting strategies to maximize success
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure comprehensive support for each student’s growth
