Work closely with students in grades 5–8, providing essential SLP therapy services, contributing to IEP documentation, and tracking student progress toward communication goals. Key Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified to provide speech-language services in a school setting (or eligible to work under supervision)
- Willing to consider SLP-CF or SLPA candidates
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred, though strong new graduates are encouraged
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective IEP input and progress monitoring
- Commitment to working on-site; remote candidates cannot be considered for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct SLP therapy to a diverse caseload of approximately 48 students in grades 5–8 over two days each week
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing comprehensive input and recommendations aligned with student needs
- Monitor, document, and report progress toward individualized goals
- Partner with educators and families to support student communication success within the classroom setting
