Key Qualifications:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Relevant state licensure
- Prior experience providing speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students is highly desirable
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with educators, families, and support staff
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and tailor interventions to individual student needs
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for students in kindergarten through fifth grade
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
- Provide both direct and consultative services, and collaborate with teachers to support student communication goals in the classroom
- Communicate progress to families and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Remain at one dedicated school location for the duration of the assignment, streamlining service delivery and building strong student rapport
