Pediatric SLP in Chatsworth, GA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Prior experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations, ideally in a school-based setting
- Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and strategies highly valued
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Preference for candidates able to work in person
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students preK through 3rd grade during the full-time schedule (7:30 am – 3:30 pm)
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs, developing individualized plans that foster their academic and social growth
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to student success
- Offer guidance on AAC device use to help students communicate effectively
- Manage documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and special education guidelines
