Qualifications:
- Active Illinois state SLP license and Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or are Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to advance their careers
- Experience providing speech-language services in therapeutic or K-12 school settings preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and engaging with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students in alignment with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and timely documentation to track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support communication goals in and out of the classroom
- Adapt therapy approaches to fit individual needs in a therapeutic day school environment
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning and support
