Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Waynesville, Missouri

As part of this role, you will conduct screenings, create and implement individualized treatment plans, track student progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student growth.
Qualifications:
- Active Missouri SLP license required
- Experience with elementary student populations preferred
- Eligible for or hold SLP - CFY or SLP - CCC credentials
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational abilities to manage documentation and schedules effectively
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 25–30 elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and assess student needs
- Write and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student development
