Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), as applicable
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to an elementary school caseload of approximately 25-30 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and interventions
- Utilize evidence-based practices to create engaging, effective therapy sessions
