Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist, or ability to obtain
  • Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric or school-age populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, intervention teams, and families to optimize support
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for educational planning
  • Offer ongoing progress monitoring, therapy modification, and family education
  • Foster a welcoming, encouraging, and inclusive environment for all students
