Who You Are:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possess current ASHA CCC or are eligible as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
- Have—or can obtain—state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experienced or enthusiastic about working with pediatric populations in school-based settings
- Flexible, collaborative, and eager to make a difference
- Open to travel and relocating for new opportunities
What You'll Do:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for each child’s unique needs
- Work closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ success
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
