Who You Are:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Possess current ASHA CCC or are eligible as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
  • Have—or can obtain—state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Experienced or enthusiastic about working with pediatric populations in school-based settings
  • Flexible, collaborative, and eager to make a difference
  • Open to travel and relocating for new opportunities

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored for each child’s unique needs
  • Work closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ success
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records according to district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives
