Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current or eligibility for ASHA CCC or clinical fellowship year (CFY) status
  • Active state licensure for SLP or qualifications to obtain licensure quickly
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individualized therapy for students with speech and language needs
  • Collaborate closely with educational teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Track progress, complete accurate documentation, and communicate regularly with caregivers and educators
  • Provide guidance and resources to students and faculty regarding communication strategies
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, in-services, and team meetings
