Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow | Providence, Rhode Island

What you need to bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- State licensure for SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Pediatric or school-based therapy experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care
- Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families
What you'll do:
- Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct, evidence-based therapy to students in one-on-one and group settings
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Adapt therapy plans to motivate students and enhance learning outcomes
