What you need to bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • State licensure for SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Pediatric or school-based therapy experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, student-centered care
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and families

What you'll do:

  • Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct, evidence-based therapy to students in one-on-one and group settings
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt therapy plans to motivate students and enhance learning outcomes
