Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Providence, RI

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but mentorship available for motivated CF candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Document progress, maintain records in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that motivates student progress
- Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students for the best therapeutic outcomes
