Desired Qualifications:
- Eligible for, or currently completing, your clinical fellowship year (CFY) in speech-language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for working with school-aged children and diverse student populations
- Ability to work independently as well as receive supervision and feedback constructively
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Document progress and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support plans
- Maintain compliance with school district and state documentation standards
