Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Norfolk, VA

As a key part of a collaborative school-based team, your focus will be on assessing and supporting students' speech, language, and communication needs. You'll work closely with educators and families, all while receiving mentorship and supervision provided by ProCare Therapy to help you reach your professional goals during your CFY.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for or in-process of obtaining Virginia licensure
- Must be in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for speech therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with diverse student populations
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
- Provide direct intervention and therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
