Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in speech therapy
- Demonstrated passion for supporting students’ communication development
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain prior to start
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to school-aged students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing supervision provided by ProCare Therapy
