Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Valparaiso, IN

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for communication and swallowing challenges
- Deliver targeted interventions to enhance students’ communication abilities
- Track progress, adjust therapeutic strategies, and maintain accurate records
- Provide education and resources to families and caregivers to support learning and growth
- Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and healthcare colleagues for a holistic approach
- Support students across the spectrum, from those with mild articulation concerns to complex language or cognitive needs
Required Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA highly preferred
- School-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Confidence working with pediatric populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
