What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address each student’s unique needs
- Deliver targeted interventions to promote optimal communication skills
- Track progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
- Educate students, families, and staff on practical strategies for continued success
- Collaborate with school teams and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach
Your Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending state SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Previous school-based experience welcomed, but not required
- Pediatric and/or teletherapy experience considered a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
