Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials required
- School-based experience preferred but not mandatory
- Commitment to maintaining student caseloads that foster quality care
- Flexibility to serve students across elementary, middle, and high school as staffing needs require
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
- Eagerness to contribute to an inclusive, supportive educational community
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted intervention and therapy sessions for students across K-12
- Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and document therapy notes
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other providers to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP development, and interdisciplinary discussions
- Support a culture of positive communication and learning within the school community
