Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active or pending state SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, but not required
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience appreciated, but not mandatory
- Comfort with teletherapy and healthcare settings is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in both direct and virtual settings
- Provide evidence-based interventions focused on improving communication and swallowing functions

- Educate and support students, families, and caregivers with actionable strategies
- Collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families for holistic care
