Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Either Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility or ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school-based pediatric population
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate, timely progress notes and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
