Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Shelbyville, KY

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Either Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility or ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary school teams
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school-based pediatric population
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and therapy sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate, timely progress notes and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
