In this role, you will be paired with a dedicated supervising SLP who will guide your development during your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Your work will focus on evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders for students, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student growth and academic achievement.
Desired Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in, or beginning, your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to student-centered, evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language services to a diverse student caseload under the supervision of an experienced SLP
- Conduct assessments, maintain accurate records, and document progress toward individualized goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams and families
- Implement direct and consultative interventions to support student communication and academic participation
