Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for or possession of state licensure/credential in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
- Current status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to serving diverse student populations in an educational setting
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in team meetings and provide progress updates
- Maintain thorough and accurate records to support educational objectives and compliance with district and state policies
